Do I have a dedicated processor?Yes, when you are committed to closing at least one file a month you will have a dedicated loan processor. We believe the trust built over time between the LO/LOA and loan processor fosters the best, most productive working relationship and gets loan closed faster!

What LOS do you work from?We use Encompass by Ice Mortgage Technology. At CPP you can continue on using any LOS. No matter what LOS you use, CPP offers you access to real time pipeline views and most recent file updates. You can access your CPP pipeline anywhere, anytime, with our mobile or desktop view.

Can I use my own LOS?Yes, absolutely! One of the submission requirements is to provide a 3.4 MISMO file for your loan. So no matter what LOS you use, we are able to import the information into our Encompass system and work on your loan. Once the loan has closed, we will send a 3.4 file to you. No matter what LOS you use, CPP offers you access to real time pipeline views and most recent file updates. You can access your CPP pipeline anywhere, anytime, with our mobile or desktop view.

How often do I get updates on my loans?You will have scheduled weekly meetings with your dedicated processor. However, if you would like to schedule an additional meeting or need to reach the processor to discuss an urgent matter, you may use our scheduling platform, Calendly, to do so. We use Calendly for its efficiency, as it eliminates the hassle of back & forth emails and prevents the processor from being interrupted with phone calls. No matter what LOS you use, CPP offers you access to real time pipeline views and most recent file updates. You can access your CPP pipeline anywhere, anytime, with our mobile or desktop view.

What loans do you not process?We process all types of residential loans and most commercial type loans.

What are your office hours?Our office hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. We have processors in various time zones so we are able to assign you a dedicated processor that works these hours within (or as close as possible to) your time zone. CPP All Star Team works a 12 hour shift from CST-PST-HT zones. Your files are never sitting idle should you processor be Out of The Office.
